As part of the Presidential Employment Stimulus Package (PESP), the Javett Art Centre at the University of Pretoria has been selected as a Host to employ 4 interns as part of the PESP 3 Work-Based Experience programme coordinated by the Art Bank of South Africa.
The Internship will be a full-time 4-month programme, running from 4 September – 31 December 2023.
Candidates with a completed post-matric qualification are invited to apply.
The Javett-UP is requesting applications to fulfil the following areas:
- Arts Administration & Fundraising Support
- Event Management & Project Coordination
- Graphic Design
- Arts Education & Public Programming
Successful candidates will receive a stipend of R5 700 per month.
