  • Relevance – Does the entry clearly display the national symbols of Canada and South Africa?
  • Originality – Does the composition exhibit original design, creativity, and imagination?
  • Aesthetic Quality – Does the submission command attention? Does it display visual balance and color coordination? Do all the elements work together to create a unified and appealing design.
  • The winning designer(s) will receive a 10 000 ZAR award. The 2nd and 3rd place designer(s) will receive 3000 ZAR and 2000 ZAR respectively. If a team produces one of the top three designs, the High Commission of Canada will award one prize for the selected design.

Canada reserves the right to cancel the competition in the event that fewer than 10 entries are received by the submission deadline.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation of the competition guidelines, Canada’s interpretation will be binding and final.

Good Luck!
